WARNING!

This site has zero tolerance for any person or group that advocates the violent overthrow of the Government of the United States or any acts of hatred and violence against individuals simply because of their person statements or beliefs. Any such positions, statements, or actions will be reported promptly to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

A great philosopher once stated that there are no fundamental contradictions in nature; so if there appears to be a contradiction, one needs to check the basic assumptions leading to that appearance. People of intelligence and integrity may not agree on all issues. In fact, if one accepts certain fundamentals, and follows the outgrowth of these fundamentals to its logical conclusion, then individuals may not agree on much of anything. On many issues, there may not be a readily provable right or wrong. Yet each opposing view, held by persons of integrity, are certainly held to be correct by their adherents; and, of course, the other guy is "wrong."

Those who have no inherent concept of basic fundamentals, or have no logical development of beliefs and principals from basic fundamentals, tend to form the "middle-ground." From the perspective of the society as a whole, these hybrid belief systems are mistaken for "normal" or "average" or "moderate." Unfortunately, persons of principal and logic, who are tolerant and amicable, frequently desire to think of themselves as "normal" or "moderate" simply to avoid the appearance of being "extreme."

The purpose of this site is to make "sensible extremists" feel confident in the public expression of their principles. The hosts of this site, one representing the "left" and one representing the "right," also seek to explore the possibility (though strictly peaceful and constitutional means) of an amicable separation and eventual divorce. This will formally acknowledge our irreconcilable differences and avoid the chaos and turmoil of third, fourth, or fifth party movements. Perhaps it will also render impotent those who would use less peaceful means to force their points of view on others. No pretense is intended that a consistent definition exists for the simplified terms of "Left" and "Right." For all of you "extremists" out there, you know who you are and whether you would hate to be called "left" or be offended to be called "right.". In fact, the format of the site intends to highlight the characatures associated with each side to make it easier to establish your side by labeling the other side.

There should be no pretenses that one side can convert the other side. Each side believes that the other side is fundamentally wrong. In addition, one very large assumption is necessary for the idea of partitioning the country: Roughly 30% of the registered voters of the United States are extremists on the left and 30% are extremists on the right. That leaves an incredible 40% in the class of mugwhumps called "moderates." On the other hand, 60% results in a clear majority of nationally elected officials (from the left and the right) who would support a Constitutional amendment to establish a partitioned United States of America. Those who agree on almost nothing else can, perhaps, agree to disagree ... to live in separated nations that will protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in the contexts of their separate and irreconcilable frameworks.
